Initiating a return
We accept returns for products with defects that occurred during the manufacturing process. Please note that we are unable to process refunds for damages incurred during shipping. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at evaselegantgifts@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
- Include clear photographs of the defect.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unburned condition.

Conditions for refunds and exchanges
Due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns, all sales of soaps and body scrubs are final and are non-returnable. We cannot verify tampering or the integrity of these products once they have left our facility. For other eligible items, to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unused, and unburned condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number and receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, or an exchange will be arranged.

Non-returnable items and time limits
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or burned, even once. As previously stated, all soaps and body scrubs are non-returnable due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom-personalized products. All eligible returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns attempted outside of this window may not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items
We take great care in packing our products but occasionally accidents happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by emailing evaselegantgifts@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. In your email please include: Your order number, A description of the issue, photographs of the damaged item/issues with the Original packing. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
How to initiate a return
1. Contact us: Email us at evaselegantgifts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
***Do not send items back without first contacting us.***
2. Wait for instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items and the address to send it to.
3. Package your return: Place the item in its original packaging and ensure it is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
4. Ship the item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for an unused, unburned candle within the return period. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was damaged or defective when item was manufactured.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations for orders placed within 24 hours of the original purchase, IF THE ORDER HAS NOT ALREADY SHIPPED. After this window, the order cannot be canceled as it will already entered our fulfillment process.
