Careful processing of your order
Once you place an order for our exquisite handmade products, we begin the careful process of preparing your items. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please remember that this processing time is separate from the actual shipping time. Depending on your location, you can expect your order to arrive anywhere from 3 to 10 days after it has been shipped. We are committed to getting your luxurious items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, all while maintaining our high standards of quality.

We understand that the journey from our workshop to your home is crucial for maintaining the 'quiet luxury' experience of Eva's Elegant Gifts. To ensure your non-toxic candles, soaps, and body scrubs arrive safely and feeling special, we use premium packaging materials. During the warm summer months each candle is protected with a Cool Shield Thermal Bubble to regulate temperature, ample bubble wrap for cushioning, and enclosed in heavy-duty boxes. For an extra touch of elegance and protection, you always have the option to purchase our beautifully designed gift boxes, perfect for preserving the pristine condition of your self-care essentials.

Processing & Handling
Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Holiday Season: Due to high volume during the holidays, processing times may be extended. Please see our homepage for specific holiday cut-off dates.
Business Operation Days: Our business hours are Monday through Friday and we do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
Carriers: We primarily ship through USPS, UPS and FedEX for reliable service.You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options: Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated by weight, with standard delivery taking 3-10 business days based on location. For expedited shipping, please contact me to make arrangements.
Standard Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the final shipping costs in your cart before checking out.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00 before tax & shipping. The most economical method will be used for these orders.
Heat Damage Policy:
Warm Weather Shipping: Candles can be sensitive to extreme heat, which may cause melting during transit.To minimize this risk during warmer months, we recommend shipping at the beginning of the week, (Monday-Wednesday) to avoid packages sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
Summer Precautions: In summer, we may use insulated packaging or ice packs for expedited shipping options to help prevent melting. We recommend choosing a faster shipping method to reduce the time your package spends in the heat.
Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged items and the packaging. We will review the claim and work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.
Lost Packages: Once a package has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, ownership is transferred to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the appropriate carrier if you believe your package is lost or stolen.
Availability: Shipping costs are based on weight and normal delivery times are 3-10 days depending on where you live. If you need faster delivery times, please contact me so that we can work together to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Custom and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tax, or import fees that may apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Restrictions: Candles that contain certain fragrance oils or are made from flammable materials may have international shipping restrictions. We are not responsible for any issues with custom due to these restrictions.
Fragile Item Handling:
Packaging: We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely. All fragile items, such as glass vessels candles are housed in a rigid box with protective bubble wrap and or packing peanuts and for candles we use Cool Shield Thermal bubble wrap for warm summer months.
Labeling: Packages containing fragile items will be clearly marked to ensure proper handling during transit.
