Are your kids' soaps non-toxic?
At Eva's Elegant Gifts, our kids' soaps are made with ingredients selected with little ones in mind. We recommend adult supervision during bath time and following the product directions.

Yes! That's one of the things that makes Eva's Elegant Gifts special. 💗
Many of our 17 signature scents are available across our candles, soaps and 12 of the body scrubs. So if you find a scent you love, you can enjoy it in more than one way—from your morning shower to your evening candle ritual.
🕯️How long do my candles burn?
Our handcrafted coconut-soy candles are made to provide a long-lasting, beautiful fragrance. Burn time can vary(55-60hrs) depending on how you care for your candle, how long you burn it at a time, and the environment. For the best results, always follow our candle care instructions and trim the wick before each burn.

🧼What makes handmade soap different?
Handmade soap is crafted in small batches with careful attention to the ingredients and the finished product. Unlike mass-produced soap, each bar is individually made and finished, giving every bar its own unique character.
🧼Why is handmade soap more expensive?
It is a result of high-quality ingredients (organic oils, essential oils) and the time-intensive process, including small-batch crafting and curing for several weeks.
🕯️Do our handmade soap/candles contain lye or harsh chemicals?
While soap requires lye (sodium hydroxide) to turn oils into soap, properly made soap contains zero residual lye. That is why our products have natural ingredients, avoiding synthetic preservatives and non-toxic fragrance oils.
🎁 Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Our products make wonderful gifts for birthdays, holidays, thank-yous, celebrations or simply because you want to make someone's day a little more special.

📦 How long does shipping take?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Minnesota. Processing and shipping times can vary depending on the products ordered and the destination.

🕯️Why does my candle sometimes produce black soot or smoke?
A small amount of soot can occur when a wick becomes too long or when a candle burns in a drafty area. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn and keep your candle away from drafts, fans and vents.
🧼How long does handmade soap last?
With proper care, your handmade soap can last approximately 4–6 weeks. Keep your bar on a well-draining soap dish between uses and allow it to dry between washes.
🧴How often should I use my body scrub?
Most people enjoy using a body scrub 1–3 times per week. Start with what feels comfortable for your skin and avoid over-exfoliating.
